Welcome to SpeechSkills, LLC., a California Limited Liability Company, (“SpeechSkills”). The following Privacy Policy, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these the "Privacy Policy" or "PP"), govern your access to and use of website and the services provided by SpeechSkills Inc. through the website and web interface platform, and courses, workshops and trainings (the “Services”). By using or accessing SpeechSkills’ website or by enrolling in SpeechSkills courses, workshops or trainings you agree to the Privacy Policies and the Terms of Service.

PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED BY SPEECHSKILLS

In order to carry out the Services and to provide a great user experience, we will collect and store the following information from you, some of which may be considered personally identifiable information:

1. Your name, username, and e-mail address when you register for a SpeechSkills class.
2. Profile information that you provide for your SpeechSkills account.
3. Content (e.g., photos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Service as a participant of a course.
4. Any content you provide to SpeechSkills during communications between you and SpeechSkills directly, such as emails or phone calls to us.

Information Collected Using Cookies and Other Technologies

It may not be readily apparent to you when personal information or user data is being collected. For instance, when you come to our website, your IP address is collected so that we know where to send information you are requesting. An IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer every time you log on to the Internet. Similarly, SpeechSkills or a third-party affiliate may place cookies or use web beacons, which may be used to identify some of your preferences. If you disable the cookies, you may not be able to sign in and some of the features offered by the Services may not be available to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED BY THIRD-PARTIES
SpeechSkills does not sell your data to third-parties, but may disclose information about you to third-parties for assistance in improving the Services, including analytics generating services. In addition, we use Cartloom, aMember and LearnDash to accept online payments, both companies process payments via Authorize.net. Please review their privacy policies here (https://cartloom.com/privacy-policy/), (https://www.amember.com/p/main/Privacy/), (https://www.learndash.com/privacy-policy/) and (https://www.authorize.net/company/privacy/) to familiarize yourself with how your information is stored by them. SpeechSkills may also disclose information about you to third-parties where we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to: (i) protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of SpeechSkills, our affiliates or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements and our terms of use); (ii) protect the safety, privacy, and security of users of the SpeechSkills employees, owners, or members of the public; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; (iv) comply with the law or legal process; or (v) respond to requests from public and government authorities.

COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION
By providing information to the Services, such as enrolling in a course, signing up for a newsletter or promotion, you waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited email from SpeechSkills, since you have agreed to such communication by providing your information to SpeechSkills. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying SpeechSkills that you no longer wish to receive solicitations or information. SpeechSkills will remove you from the database, where you have the right to request this under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable law, or where SpeechSkills voluntarily decides to grant the request.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to receiving marketing or promotional advisements from affiliates of SpeechSkills through the Services.

CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
The Services are directed at individuals over the age of 13. SpeechSkills does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that persons under the age of 13 are accessing the Services. If SpeechSkills discovers any inadvertently collected Personal Information of a person under the age of 13, that information will be swiftly deleted from its’ records. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
SpeechSkills welcomes residents of the State of California to use the Services, and complies with the California Business and Professions Code §§ 22575-22579. If you are a California resident you may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes. USER ACCESS AND CONTROL
If you would like to access, review, correct, update, suppress, or otherwise limit our use of your personal information you have previously provided directly to us, you may contact us at info@SpeechSkills.com. In your request, please include your email address, name, address, and telephone number and specify clearly what information you would like to access, change, update, or suppress. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note, even with the termination of your SpeechSkills account, adjusting your social media account setting, or the unlinking of your social media profiles with the Services, we may retain the information we originally collected from you or your profiles.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and will post changes on our Website or through our Service, so that you and other users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Changes will not apply retroactively and changes addressing new functions for a service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
