Leadership Edge Mastery Academy

• Full-day Projecting Credibility and Confidence Bootcamp

  8 hours, onsite

  Participants begin with an intensive, skill-based workshop on visible credibility and leadership presence. Each participant completes at least three individual on-camera speaking exercises and receives a detailed diagnostic of their strengths, priority development areas, and a personalized action plan.

• Eight monthly cohort meetings

  2 hours, virtual

  These highly interactive sessions provide ongoing opportunities to speak, practice, receive coaching, and refine priority skills. Each meeting also introduces a new leadership or communication topic.

• Two 90-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per participant

  These personalized coaching sessions are scheduled at the participant’s convenience at any point during the ten-month program.

• One half-day closing workshop

  4 hours, virtual or onsite

  This session provides a final skill assessment and an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the improvements achieved over the course of the program.

• Ongoing learning and practice resources

  between sessions

  Participants receive access to asynchronous video lessons, supplemental learning materials, and optional daily practice reminders to reinforce skills between live sessions.

• Accountability partnerships

  Participants are encouraged to connect between sessions with a cohort partner to practice key skills, discuss successes and challenges, and maintain momentum throughout the program.

The academy is for individuals who wish to play a bigger role, have more influence, and garner more respect for their unique capabilities. Whether self-identified or selected by their organizations as aspiring leaders, the curriculum is particularly well suited to mid-career professionals and is relevant across industries and disciplines, including law, technology, innovation, and medicine.

While the program is designed for anyone who wants to cultivate their leadership skills, we are especially committed to supporting individuals from groups that are historically underrepresented in leadership, including women and first-generation professionals.

Yes. Organizations may create their own private cohort of up to 10 participants. The program runs for ten months and can begin at any time. Private cohorts are highly customizable, including the option for in-person sessions at your chosen location.
